1. In each Unit may be maintained up to two (2) household pets (except fish and birds for which there is not limited on the number), to be limited to dogs and/or cats.

Such pets are:

1. a) Permitted to be so kept by applicable laws and regulations,
2. b) Not kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purpose,
3. c) Not left unattended on balconies or in lanai areas,
4. d) Generally, not a nuisance to residents of other Units or of neighboring buildings and,
5. e) Not a pit bull or other breed considered to be dangerous by the Board of Directors.
6. f) Unit Owners/Residents are liable for any personal injury, death or property damage resulting from a violation of the foregoing.
7. Unit Owners/Residents must pick-up all solid wastes or their pets and dispose of such wastes appropriately.
8. All pets (including cats) must be carried or kept on a leash.
9. No Pets may be kept on balconies when the Owner is not in the Unit.
10. All pets should be walked on the perimeter of the property not along the common areas.
11. Violations of these foregoing provisions shall entitle the Association to all of its rights and remedies, including, but not limited to, the right to fine Unit Owners/Residents and/or to require any pet to be permanently removed from the Condominium Property upon three (3) days’ notice.
12. Bird(s) is not allowed to be kept on Limited Common Areas. If in the Unit it does not become a nuisance or annoyance to neighbors.
